For Margie Onofrio Axelrod, family comes first, but food follows at a close second! Her new business, Casa Dolce, gives her the perfect venue in which to explore and showcase her sophisticated tastes and technical skills. A gregarious and savvy businesswoman, she enjoys interacting with customers to serve a wide array of bakery items, custom cakes, soups, sandwiches, and many other delicious prepared foods.

She'll also arrange catering events. At Casa Dolce, Margie employs only the best pastry chefs, bakers, and other staff to ensure the highest quality product. She intends to establish Casa Dolce as the premier bakery/deli/catering business in the Cleveland area.
